"Mettenbrink-Petzoldt: - At St. Paul's Lutheran church on West 7th street, at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, occurred the marriage of Miss Ella Mettenbrink, of Grand Island, and Henry Petzoldt, of Chapman. Rev. G. H. Michemann performing the impressive ring ceremony in the presence of over one hundred relatives and intimate friends of the couple. Miss Emma Mettenbrink, sister of the bride and Paul Petzoldt, brother of the groom were the attendants.
An elaborate wedding dinner was served at six o'clock at the home of the bride's mother, Mrs. Ilse Mettenbrink, five miles north of this city, to a large number of guests.
Mr. and Mrs. Petzoldt will be at home to their friends on a farm two and one-half miles southeast of Worms, Neb."
